The first chapter of Lovett Homes and the first full expression of the philosophy behind it.
Balsam's proximity to downtown Boise, Kathryn Albertson Park, and the Greenbelt suggested an active, connected, and social way of living. The project was re-authored around that life by strengthening gathering spaces, opening relationships between rooms, and creating a stronger connection to the pool and backyard.
